周圍環境：
美國就是學校周圍最棒了！這一棟就位於ＵＩＣ正對面！
走路兩分中就到了 學校理資源就很多了
最方便的是芝加哥的鐵路捷運ＣＴＡ在門口就有一個站“ＵＩＣ-halsted”
搭ＣＴＡ 五分中就到市區了
周圍幾個ＢＬＯＣＫ有ＰＩＺＺＡ 有711 有小義大利
有ＤＯＭＩＮＩＣＫＳ超市 ＷＡＬＧＲＥＥＮ超市
其實真的很方便
房租與簽約：

我現在可以談價錢 現在是開850 （已經比我現在租的低很多了）
但還可以談 台灣人更可以談了 只要你願意...

A two window room in a four bedroom unit, which only has three person. a nice view of UIC and the city.
A nice clean bathroom of your own, since there is no roomate living next to you.
All furnitures included, all you need is yourself and your stuff.
cozy and all utiliy included in the rent. no need to pay anything else but laundry.
wirless and cable internet, cable tv included.
**This is an individual contract, you don't have to worry about weather your roomate is paying or not.
About the environment:
In the lobby there are laundry room, GYM, vending machines, mailbox room,
pool table, and ping pong table and wirless internet, couches, tables, tvs.
all you can use.
blue line and buses right cross the street. UIC is across the street.
711 Starbucks walgreen and Dominicks just a few blocks away.
* this is and four bedroom unit, so if you and your friends want to live together, 2-3 people is also welcome,
because The room next to mine is empty, and one of my roomate is also moving out.
