法規這種事情當然不能只看Ptt阿！要親自上網查,最好還是打電話確認
我考時有預約,可以避免一直等候,還需要某些證件,最好一併確認好再去,免得花錢花時間
non-visa status是指你是外國人,你只是短期來到美國觀光或辦事,
你雖有自己國家的駕照,但根據illinois法規,你還是必須通過路考（而且你必再此待
超過60天至少）才能駕駛上路（國際駕照不能直接使用）
以上是根據我自己已知的部份,最新情況是否有更動,還請上網查詢或電話詢問
