[其它] 請教用摩卡壺煮耶加雪夫
最近從湛廬買了耶加雪夫豆, 希望能煮出有果香味/回甘的咖啡,
使用器具的是摩卡壺, 擔心溫度過高或過低, 導致煮出來的咖啡過酸,
想請教版友們, 使用摩卡壺煮這款豆子, 有甚麼需要注意的地方?
例如: 溫度控制(如何控制), 粉末粗細...
