[問題] German rail pass網路訂購問題

今年暑假要到德國去工作一陣子，於是跟朋友在DB官網各自訂了german youth pass 6/13我們就訂了，訂的當天也有收到德鐵的寄來說收到我們的order 但至今都還沒有消息，信用卡也沒有被扣款的紀錄，兩天前也有寫信去DB問尚未有回信，所以想問問大家這樣速度和過程是否正常？就是還要多等幾天才會有消息或是寄到嗎？這邊是訂購的紀錄信: we hereby confirm that we have received your order (number 8V6FME).
