[問題]適合寒性體質的花莫?
請問哪位對於花茶有研究 或認知較多的
哪一種花茶適合寒性體質飲用，但又不會脹氣的，
像我本身是那種喝咖啡喝綠氣常會覺得有些午的胃脹，
有沒有那種會美白的花茶呢?
