EB2怎麼證明這個工作需要的是碩士而非學士？
如題：
上次PERM補件之後又有新問題出現了，勞工局問律師這個工作為什麼需要碩士做？
補上我PERM的條件：
公司規模：前年16M revenue，1M多profit，去年大概14M，屬性是建築業材料進口商。
目前員工：5人。
學歷：台灣CS碩士。
工作職缺：Software System Engineer。
廣告內文：
Needed in Bellevue, WA. Require Master Computer Science Degree + 1 yr
Experience. Design & Management of computer software system using data
mining with large-scale data set and C/C++ Programming. Experience with
network routing and load balancing techniques. Knowledge of Perl, PHP,
ERP system, Apache server management, sendmail server management, Samba
server management, Unix/Linux System Management, Soft-RAID system
construction and management and MySQL Database Management.
我寫了一些兩者比較的東西給律師看：
Study:
1. MS: Data Mining research and data analysis theories, including seeking
for the special and valuable patterns from customer purchasing
behaviors, and tuning the original algorithm to fit in some special
domains.
BS: Database system (required) and basic overview of data mining
(optional)
2. MS: Independent research skills, including thesis surveys, the
algorithm creation or improvement of a topic, the program code
implementation of an independent software project, and the
presentation of the whole project.
BS: Assistant of a research, including the assisting of software
program coding ( It may only include user interface coding, not
algorithm coding) .
Work:
For the job description, we could focus on that this job may contain
market analysis from customer database. Also, the market analysis requires
people who are able to verify and tune the analysis systems for some
specific marketing purpose. For example, the Nails market that we are
focusing on has faced some tough issues, like anti-dumpting tariff and
the recession of the US housing market. And the general manager needs
to consult with this person in order to get more accurate marketing
information.
想請教有經驗的網友，要怎麼寫這個回覆比較妥善呢？基本上CEO是我表哥（現在
為了某些因素把公司名字換到我表嫂名下），要任何證明都可以拿出來，只是要妥
善而不受懷疑。
