[問題] Internship申請綠卡

小弟現在身分為OPT, 會在今年的12月底到期因為有了一年的internship offer(職業為獸醫)而且會在七月開始所以就申請了H1-B, 希望可以在10月1號接下去使用. 但看到Oversea_Job版大家一直分享抽到簽的文章, 又看著自己苦等H1-B的情況, 實在忍不住開始爬文, google看所有相關的綠卡消息. 小弟的問題是, 如果H1B申請都可以沒有minimum wage限制 (我去的那個地區Level 1是67000/year左右, 當然我的internship沒有這麼高) 那是不是申請綠卡(EB-2)也可以有同樣的狀況呢? 就是不用擔心不到minimum wage不到就不能申請. internship似乎是有一些例外, 因為我朋友也有因此拿到簽證, 而且我律師也說一定可以辦, 所以小弟我才有此一問... Internship Exempt from Minimum Wage if: 1. The internship or training, even though it includes actual operation of the facilities of the employer, is similar to training which would be given in an educational environment; 2. The internship experience is for the benefit of the intern or trainee; 3. The intern does not displace regular employees, but works under close supervision of existing staff; 4. The employer that provides the training derives no immediate advantage from the activities of the intern; and on occasion its operations may actually be impeded; 5. The intern is not necessarily entitled to a job at the conclusion of the internship; and 6.
