[I-140] 04/17/2024 Finished internal questionnaire for EB2-NIW and reached out to attorney 06/20/2024 Attorney filed I-140 with PP 07/02/2024 Got RFE for I-140 from USCIS 09/23/2024 Attorney submitted response to RFE 11/13/2024 I-140 approved by USCIS [I-485] 09/12/2025 EB2 Chart B became current (Oct 2025) Reached out to attorney 09/18/2025 Got requests for documents from Attorney 10/04/2025 Submitted all documents to Attorney 10/16/2025 Took medical exam 10/24/2025 Attorney sent I-485/I-131/I-765/G-28 drafts to me 11/20/2025 Attorney filed to USCIS 11/21/2025 PD 11/24/2025 IAF 03/11/2026 Fingerpoint Appointment (Reschedule multiple times) 04/28/2026 Silent Update 05/27/2026 Silent Update 06/01/2026 H008*2, Approval 06/24/2026 Card Produced 06/26/2026 Card Received (Expected) 從填完公司的表單並聯絡律師事務所開始，到最後通過且寄出卡片共過了兩年出頭中間只有I-140 RFE讓人有點緊張，但幸好一切順利剩下就是每個月慢慢看表A/B 回過頭來看各方面的運氣都算是非常好才有這個結果對於現在2026年才開始辦卡的人來說也許參考價值並不高但希望還是能讓大家沾沾喜氣 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 69.132.155.240 (美國) ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Immigration/M.1782441370.A.E12.html
