準備遞N400，填寫時發現在Part 10 B Affiliations 8
a Have you ever been a member of or associated with any organization,
association, fund foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in
the United States or in any other place?
因為在作生醫研究，曾加入幾個美國的學會，例如American Society for Cell Biology或
Genetics Society of America等，這些需要填上去嗎？
