[問題]美國-K1-良民證問題
I-129F已送件4個月...目前正在準備一些後續面試需要的文件.
想請教各位良民證的問題
Police certificate for your country of residence for the last 6 months and other countries if you
have lived there more than 12 months after the age of 16. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO
OBTAIN CHINESE POLICE CERTIFICATE IF YOU STAYED THERE OVER ONE YEAR
AFTER AGE 16.
Please list the countries for which you have obtained police certificates:
我曾於2012/04~~2013/08在中國工作.
但我每2~4個月都會回台灣一趟(非連續居住於中國12個月).
請問這樣我是否需要申請"中國"的良民證?(是否需要於面試時特別告知面試人員?)
