[問題] I-131出國目的和地點

非常非常開心I-140通過了，現在就在快速地準備投485等文件，因為之前有空時就把instruction讀完了，也爬文看大家怎麼做，所以大部分的問題都已得到解答，目前還剩下一些小疑問向大家請教... 之前看大家都一併申請I-131，但是我讀了一下說明覺得我們的旅行需求並不符合七項中的任何一項。我們如果在拿到綠卡前會需要出國的話，理由會是 - 去鄰近的加拿大城市參加球賽 - 去英國跟家人團聚 - 回台灣或印度看親人 - 出國參加研討會可是instruction裡是這樣寫的： a. If you are in the United States and seek an Advance Parole Document, you may apply if: (1) You have a pending application to adjust status, Form 1-485, and you seek to travel abroad for "urgent humanitarian" or in furtherance of a "significant public benefit," which may include a personal or family emergency or bona fide business reasons. 但是除了探望長輩還可以算是人道理由之外，我覺得其他出國目的都不合AP的宗旨，像這樣是不是應該只填visiting elderly family members就好？所以觀光目的的出境就還是等拿到綠卡再來安排？敬請指教，謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 107.147.236.45 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Immigration/M.1448472250.A.A96.html
