[問題] I-485出生證明(戶籍謄本)退件

第一次在板上po文，希望能獲得板友相助 :)
我目前人在美國申請I-485，兩周前也去蓋了指印，但今天卻收到USCIS來信，
Request for Initial Evidence(I-485)，信中寫到
This office is unable to complete the processing of your application to
register permanent residence or adjust status(Form I-485) without
initial information.
我需要補交的文件是
Submit a copy of the application's foreign birth certificate issued by the
appropriate civil authority.
我在之前寄出資料的時候已經附上在戶政事務所申請的英文版(個人)戶籍謄本，
看了之前版友的經驗很多人也都是附上英文戶籍謄本，但不知道為什麼我的會出狀況。
所以想請教一下有人有跟我相同經驗的嗎?或是碰到這樣的情形該如何解決呢?
