[問題] EB1A/EB2 self petition待在同領域的證明

USCIS官方485的說明有一段話: Individuals seeking or granted a National Interest Waiver of the job offer requirement and individuals seeking or granted classification as an alien fo extraordinary ability under UNA section 203(b)(1)(A) do not need to file Supplement J. Because these employment-based immigrant visa categories are not tied to a specific job offer, individuals seeking or granted classification as an alien of extraordinary ability, or seeking or granted a National Interest Waiver of the job offer requirement, do not have to file Supplement J when filing Form I-485 or to request job portability under INA section 204(j). If you filed Form I-140 as a self-petitioner, you must intend to work in the occupational field specified in the form I-140. You must provide a signed statement confirming this intent, unless you are filing Form I-485 together with your Form I-140. 這段話有點語意不清?!。我的理解是:如果是自己贊助140(不是公司辦的)，都要寫一封親筆簽名的證明說我們用綠卡待在美國會待在同領域?我看Victoria Chen的DIY package->1_READ_FIRST-> B_I-485 Document Checklist_DIY.pdf裡面沒有提到這件事，只有說有工作的話要附上雇主簽的合約。主申請人送485件沒有工作的話，可以送眷屬的工作合約證明。如果兩個人都沒工作的話可以想辦法提出主申請人正在準備的領域期刊論文的證明等等等來證明待在同領域。但VC沒有提到說要寫一封信來證明主申請人在美國會待在同領域。請問大家都有附上一封信說在美國會待在同領域嗎?還是就只有附上工作合約? 大家都怎麼準備呢?謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 108.233.85.185 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Immigration/M.1493544793.A.FC0.html
