[問題] DS260送件需要附Welcome Letter嗎?
如題，NVC官網說寄supporting documents時需附上Document Cover Sheet及Welcome Letter.
我已完成線上繳費及線上送出DS260申請表. 正準備寄出申請所需的文件，但卻找不到所謂的Welcome Letter.
只有一封主旨是TAI2017xxxxxx (LIVAOS IV FEE FOR NEOPOST DS-1200)及一個附檔，附檔內含有繳費的說明(payment instructions)、Document Cover Sheet及IV Fee Invoice
內容是Dear Sir/Madam,
The National Visa Center (NVC) is processing this immigrant visa case. Please
read the attached information and follow the instructions.
請問，寄給NVC supporting documents時需附Welcome Letter嗎?謝謝!
