當時出生證明只有給英文戶籍謄本 uscis 認為資料不足需補件[1]
後來我們是補英文戶籍謄本和法院公證的出生證明
請家人去戶政事務所申請出生證明副本
自己翻譯成英文後拿去地方法院公証
