某位網友想要低調的分享他的EB2經驗，所以由我來代po 感謝他的分享~ -- Job Title: Senior Member of Technical Staff (Circuit Design) 02/10/2011 跟公司律師開始聯絡 03/21/2011 打廣告 07/15/2011 Perm filed 10/06/2011 Perm approved. PD: 7/15/2011 EB2申請所需證明文件: 1. 英文戶籍謄本, 包含申請人的英文姓名,出生日期地點, 結婚日期地點, 還有父母英文姓名與出生日期. 因為資料從不同的戶口調出來, 我使用兩分戶籍謄本 2. 服過兵役的人不需要退伍令. 只需在I-485後面加一頁, 該頁完整內容如下: Part 3. Processing information. If you answered "Yes" to any of the question in Part 3 on Page 3 of this form , provide a detailed explanation below. I joined the Army of Taiwan from MM/DD/YYYY to MM/DD/YYYY as a result of the mandatory military service in the country. I was a teaching assistant and a vehicle mechanic. Signature Date (mm/dd/yyyy) 3. 一些雜七雜八的東西, 但是不需要回台灣就可以準備: 護照(舊護照如果有US Visa也需要), I-20, 相片.... 4. 結婚善意證明Bonifide Marriage: 小孩出生證明, Join income tax return, 全家福照片, 共同持有財產..等等(任選三) 11/18/2011 EB2 Concurrent I-140 and I-485. Nebraska Service Center (NSC) 12/12/2011 I-140 Approved. 12/19/2011 Biometrics Appointment received. 地點預約在律師事務所那一州, 而非我居住的州, 律師告訴我去本州的USCIS service center, 不需預約,直接進去告訴他原因即可 12/22/2011 按指紋 01/18/2011 開始陸續有一堆USCIS的email notice, 關於I-131, I-765和I-485 01/23/2012 USCIS email notice說I-485: Card Production 01/27/2012 綠卡寄到律師事務所心得: 1. AOS (I140+I485)送件時律師說很有可能會由TSC處理, 但是後來發現是NSC 2. EAD card production 和綠卡的card production只差兩天, 寄到也只差兩天 3. 最近這年EB1和EB2的量好像超少, 2月的Visa Bulletin說 "cut-off dates for EB-2 India and China advanced 1 full year from the January Visa Bulletin, to January 1, 2010." -- 代po完畢評論: 他的140只花不到一個月，485則剛好兩個月就通過看起來NSC的新案件最近非常快 -- 我的旅遊部落格: http://chengyun-travel.blogspot.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 158.140.1.28
