我九月要去智利，先前查詢智利在去年九月開始規定外國人如果要在當地買sim卡必須要先註冊手機才能購買與使用，於是最近去信其中一家認證公司註冊，認證公司回說因為系統調整中（？）的關係，直到今年11/10前都可以免去註冊程序，直接插卡使用。分享給最近也要去智利的背包客們~ 回文全文如下： Dear Mr., Mrs. The system of registration ofIMEIs in the centralized database (OABI) is in the process of modification,therefore it is not necessary to perform the administrative registration ofmobile phones.
