Hello!!!
I have a room available from December 10th in the downtown area!!
The apt is in the north part(the safest part) of USC, 10 minutes walking
distance
to the compus. This place is great, we have the ocean, downtown, grocery
stores, bars...just a few minutes driving...
There are two open-mind girls who are from Taiwan.
One of them studies in CS department, and another studies in MS department.
Both are master students. So we would like to find someone
like that as well!!(student, female only) You will have your own bedroom,
sharing a
bathroom with roommates. It is a 2 rooms apartment,
two girls are sharing, and you will have your own room.
But what is the most important for us if you are a cool and chill person
willing to enjoy while living here!! Well, hope to see you soon and meeting
you!!!
PD: The apartment is gonna be 600 dollars and 750 dollars deposit when you
move in!! Utilities are not included,
except water. (But I cn sell or rent some furniture with cheap price) The
average of gas, wireless and eletricity fee are around 50 bucks per month.
