I am a 21 years old female international student from Taiwan(full time
student in Santa Monica College). Both I and my roommate are very clean and
friendly person who willing to help people = ) . Right now, I am looking for
a Clean, friendly roommate to live in the SUPER LARGE(ROOM SIZE) living room
with Large balcony. This is a very new and good condition living room which
have brand new paint and carpet!!
You can have the whole living room and the balcony, and share bath room with
a Asian girl. Also you ll have a very privat space because you can use
curtains to divide the living room.
The location of this apartment is great!! Bus to Santa Monica
college&Downtown Santa Monica/ walk distant to resturants, super
market,coffee shops, Best Buy.
The Living room is large like a room and have cabinets on both right and left
side.

and the Balcony is also large
