[租屋] 徵求a roomate in san gabriel

we live in a condo which is really close to San gabriel 99 ranch Plaza.
three bedroom & three and half bathroom.
there is a roomate leaving to New York in the end of july so we need a roomate.
we have one more master to rent. $700 a month.the room is clean and big.
big kitchen and living also.
we are one male and one female.everything is good here and really conveninet.
Taiwanese is better^^ we are really friendly~
we speak chinese(i can't type in chinese somehow...)
