I usually stay on campus and laboratory during the daytime I prefer Taiwanese roommate and a USC graduate student who is a responsible, mature, and clean graduate student. Look at this Apt. You love it definitely. It takes 12 minutes to go USC campus using your car or DASH bus (20 minutes) near this apartment. It is so easy to go campus everyday and the apt serves library, pool, Jacuzzi, gym, conference room, business center and available 2 parking spaces. The original monthly rental fee is about $2350 per unit. But after the promotion, we can pay less than $2000/month.
