因為室友畢業離開LA,希望能找到新室友，Female preferred!

- 房子地點在West LA (Palms), I-10 & I-405 交叉口附近, 開車到 UCLA 不塞車
約十分鐘, with traffic ~20 min
- 轉角是往UCLA 的公車站牌 (big blue bus) 公車到 UCLA 約15 分鐘
- 鄰近 Culver City, Westside Pavilion, Century City Mall, Sawtelle 日本區
，附近有兩個日本超市 (Nijiya, Mitsuwa)
<房間>
- 2bed/2bath apartment 的主臥室, 房間相當寬敞且有很大的衣櫥
- 獨立衛浴在房間裡 （有浴缸）
- 光線良好
<室友>
- 台灣人（女生），UCLA Postdoc @ Department of medicine
<租金>
- $850(含水費) 不含瓦斯,電費及網路
- 押金: $850
- 希望是長租 (一年，這樣可以跟管理公司要求one month free)
- 希望室友也能夠一起保持公共區域乾淨整齊

This is a spacious master bedroom with large closet space in a cozy and
comfortable 2-bed-2-bath apartment at a convenient location of the Palms.
The room is the large master bedroom with private bathroom w/tub, vanity
bureau, lots of closet space and natural light. The apt is located at the
cross of Palm and Jasmine, near Big blue bus stop, major grocery stores,
coffee shops, restaurant and shopping malls. Apartment is fully furnished
in common area and kitchen. Tandem gated underground parking.
$850 a month plus utilities, internet, and basic cable (approximately
$75/month)
I am a female work full time at UCLA. I am easy going, no drama, no smoking,
no drugs. I am looking for a female roommate who is also clean, friendly
and easy going.
