I am subletting my studio which is in a luxury building, 5 min walking distance on the north of the USC campus.
The rent is $950 if you don't need parking, but if you do, it is $1050. Deposit 1 month rent. Rent includes water, trash and gas.
It is fully furnished which includes:
Queen sized bed (Murphy, in wall), refrigerator, stove, microwave, study desk and chair, big sofa couch, coffee table with standing lamp, dining table, 3 level IKEA drawer, separate big closet room, bathroom with tub, on site laundry. It is right next to frat row but quiet with enough sunshine. on the 3rd floor with elevator.
