[租屋] San Diego Room for rent (UCSD/UTC)
About the place:
The apartment is a 3bd/1.5bath.
1. Full kitchen to share with other tenants;
2. Wireless broadband internet;
3. Parking space and plant street parking;
4. Washer and dryer;
5. With bed, table, chair etc. basic furniture;
6. $600 deposit.
5 min from utc mall and bus station (15min walking)
You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 other male roomates.
Both of them are Taiwanese.
We're looking for someone clean, friendly and responsible.
(prefer Taiwanese or Chinese) Split utilites with 2 roommates
(usually around $50).
