I'm looking to rent out a room in my condo to a student going to USC or CSULA.
The condo is newly remodeled and furnished and the room is available now.
Utilities (high speed wireless internet, electricity, water, and gas)
will be covered by rent.
Place has separate bathrooms and bedrooms.
Laundry is in unit and tandem parking is available with 24/7 security.
Community has pool and rec facilities.
Location is close to USC HSC, CSULA, S. pasadena, 710, 10, and 110 freeways.
About myself: 23yo grad student, doesn't smoke, drinks socially,
quiet, clean and responsible.
I'd prefer: male roommate, clean and responsible, and not a pet owner.
Okay with month to month or long term rental.
First person with deposit of $800 and first month's rent ($800) reserves
the room.
