I have 1 bedroom in the first floor of my house for rent and would appreciate
if you could forward this information to someone looking for a place to rent,
especially exchange professors or students from Asia who can speak Chinese
Mandarin or Taiwanese.Since there is a Taiwan girl lives in another room now,
we expect the next tenant is a girl,too:

in Culver City (cross streets Barman and Elena).
One block from Veteran's Park, two blocks from K-12 schools, walking
distance to La Bellona Creek/Beach Bike Path, 5 minute drive to West
L.A. Metro Station.
UCLA (9 miles), USC (9 miles), Santa Monica College (6 miles).

Private front and back yards, private driveway parking.
One bedroom ($750 per month/one person per room):
shared bathroom with other renter,
living room, dining room, kitchen with owner and other renter.

(1). no pets allowed.
(2a).no central heat (can use private space heaters in winter).
(2b).no central air conditioning (don't need it; very cool climate).
(3). please keep quiet-- no partying, all neighbors are very quiet
around my house

(5). entry way and kitchen shared with owner ( owner will live
upstairs);
rest of the house is private
(6). rent contract: one year, more if tenant wants to extend.
