Essential Job Duties
- Ensure customer requests for various type of packaging needs are
properly communicated into the company, providing a high level of customer
service to client.
- Daily interaction with customer & vendors
- Work with sales to maximize customer satisfaction
- Inputting quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders
- Processing incoming quotes for correctness
- Coordinate with co-workers to support management and sales
- Coordinator China based on projects with superiors – Translate
company needs to overseas staff and vendors
- Assist in clarifying/resolving any issues with China based
projects – Work with China liaison to streamline overseas requests
- Process new requests for overseas quotation
