We are searching for a highly motivated customer service representative who has
knowledge of using ebay (selling/etc) as well as having an interest in cars,
electronic, or cellphone accessories. They must be an individual who is
effective with written communication, who is a serious multi-taskers that can
respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner with a sincere
desire to provide quality service, as well as wanting to learn and grow within
the company. We are looking for long-term employees who can help us develop new
business, maintain existing accounts, and answering calls with customers.
You will be responding to the emails and making sure that customers are happy
and that we do not get any negative feedback/reviews.
Required Skills:
o Strong Communication skills
o Fluent English, Spanish / Mandarin
o Ability to follow up (do what you say you are going to do)
o Able to handle customers in any situation
o Good analytical and problem solving skills
o Positive attitude is a must
o Moderate level of internet and computer skills
o Knowledge of Phone Etiquette
o Ebay Knowledge and Experience
o Car Knowledge (a plus)
o Willing to learn
o Bilingual (a plus)
