[請益] 用信用卡訂旅館扣款失敗

第一次自己出國,麻煩各位看的時候耽待一些無知的小錯誤QQ 6/26~7/7要去一趟倫敦找朋友但朋友住的宿舍只到7/5 所以最後兩天必須訂青年旅館於是我去Hostelworld這個網站找了一間叫做Clink261的青年旅館日期房間人數都選定之後就按了訂房,然後先用信用卡預繳訂金後來Hostelworld也寄信給我,信的內容是關於一些訂房明細但是剛剛Hostelworld突然寄信來說他們沒有從信用卡扣到款打電話去問信用卡公司,他們也說完全沒有扣款紀錄而預約好像也被取消了這是信的內容: We have tried to process your booking with the credit card details you submitted at the time of booking, 26245117, for property Clink261 on 2012-06-05 12:47:48. Unfortunately, we have not been able to charge your card. This could be due to a number of reasons. You may have entered a digit incorrectly, the expiry date may be incorrect or there may be insufficient funds on your credit card. If we are not successful in charging your card, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the booking has been cancelled and you will have to rebook.
