You can set up any suspend or restore date that you choose as
long as they are both within 90 days of each other. If you’d like can
you can give us the dates right away and we will put through a future
request for those days.
With this program, the account can be suspended for up to 90 days once a
year. There is a $10.00 monthly fee for this service. You will not have
access to voicemail or your MyTMobile website while in suspension. Your
contract will be extended, but rounded down to the nearest month for
every month that the account is suspended. You must keep the account
current while in suspension. If your account goes into arrears you will
be removed from seasonal suspend and your account will begin to accrue
the regular plans monthly fees.
We encourage all customers on seasonal suspend to sign up for our
EasyPay feature, which will allow the account to remain current by
having your monthly payments made automatically.
