[問題] 全新的tiffany可以全額退款嗎
如題 不知道可不可以在這裡問 但我有點急><
在wall st.的tiffany買了一條項鍊給媽媽
但是在買完後給他看過網址他說他不喜歡Q_____Q
項鍊是全新的連緞帶都還沒拆
我看過官網的return policy
