Masskara Festival 2010, known to be the Philippines’ most colorful
streetdance festival will once again be held this coming October in Bacolod
City.
The festival is known for its dancers wearing very colorful costumes and
smiling masks dancing to the Latin beat. These dancers would then sashay
around the city center during the 2-day streetdance competition. Check out

October 1 – Festival Opening, Public Plaza & SM Masskara Village
5PM – Masskara Queen Talent Competition, Providence
October 2 – 7PM Masskara Queen Ramp Modeling Competition, 888 China Town
Square Mall
October 3 – 4PM Pre Pagent Presentation/ Masskara Queen Q&A
October 10 – Masskara Queen Pageant Night, University of St. La Salle
Coliseum
October 15 -16 Electric Masskara , Festival Tourism Strip
October 16 – Masskara Streetdance competition Schools Category, Araneta St
to Public Plaza
October 17 – Masskara Streetdance Competition Barangay category, Araneta St
to Public Plaza
October 18 – Countdown to Charter Day Street Party, New Government Center
October 19 – Bacolod City’ s 73rd Charter Day Anniversary
