大家好我有一個房間想要出租房子位於Sunnyvale 我想先找台灣來的朋友這樣生活習慣會比較相同吧我三年前來美國前幾個月才搬來灣區現在我想出租一間房間一方面找室友另一方面想找個同鄉人一起在生活上有照應我希望找一位同為台灣來的女性學生或工作者做室友因為我是女生你將會有一間獨立房間衛浴設備和我共用因為我有另一間半套衛浴設備所以基本上我只會在洗澡時去用那間衛浴房間裡面有一張twin size床和書桌還有燈如果你不要也可以租金是650一個月加上電費和瓦斯費我是一位很節制用電的人所以希望你也一樣這樣我們水電費就不用太多電話和網路如果你想和我一起share也很歡迎我的房子很靠近101和237 但是不會吵鬧是一個很安靜的社區也很靠近caltrain station 我父母之前來都騎腳踏車或走路去坐公車或火車我有多的腳踏車如果你需要的話我也可以借你若你有車房子外面很好停車不用擔心停車位的問題可以煮東西但希望不要太常煮不然油煙我也很難去清理我是一個很好相處的人只要你能好好保護房子我要求不會太多也不會干涉你的生活我上班也很忙所以不會吵你相對也希望你是不吵鬧的人若你有朋友要來也可以只是要維持房子乾淨就好說這麼多好像我是很囉唆的人其實不是的我只是喜歡把話先說清楚這樣以後當室友才能愉快而且長久因為我父親現在來美國陪我所以我要十一月才能把房間出租 10/20之後才能讓你看房子但是日期也可以商量最後要有一個月的deposit 是650USD 希望能簽至少半年約不然我要一直去找室友但是若有困難這也可以商量如果你有興趣請寫信跟我說或打電話現在若要看房子照片我可以傳給你但是只有外面幾張而已我的email是 sph0409@yahoo.com.tw 電話是626-377-5011 若我沒有接請留言謝謝你… $650 Furnished Room for Rent With Shared Bath (sunnyvale) ________________________________________ Room for Rent in Fabulous Sunnyvale house!
