[問題] 在校學生在外part-time工作,會影響OPT時間嗎
我今年即將畢業
本來是要申請學校的學分實習,但是系主任不同意簽
原因是GPA沒達到學校要求
可是他建議我可以不用學分實習
我是國際學生身分
看OPT內容有提到
會被視為OPT 的規定當中
Part-time during the course of study provided the training and other employment, on and off campus, does not exceed 20 hrs per week total.
但這似乎是會deduct 12monthsOPT
在文章提及到Part-time OPT authorization is decuted at one-half the full-time rate if it is taken pre-completion of studies.
請問各位大大是否有過經驗
還在校時,申請在外工作non-paid internship
不是很確定會不會有影響我的OPT deduct 12 months呢?
因為好不容易申請到LV internship,卻遇到這狀況
下禮拜就開學了,希望能得到你們寶貴的意見
