◎Clean title.
1. Just renew the registration.also smog check( it cost me $176 last week
which means u don't need to pay registration fee until next year)
2. Already replaced brake pads 3 months ago
3. the battery was replaced on last year and it's still in the warranty period
4. Just refilled the refrigerant ,so air conditioning is cool
