I am looking for anyone who is interesting in taking over my lease from
around March 17th to the end of August.
It's a one bedroom apartment in Foster City.
My rent is $1,796 per month; current market rent is about $1,900 per month.
You can save about $100 each month and live in beautiful Foster City.
Bonus: I will give up my deposit $750 which you will be able to get back in
the end of August.
If you need furnitures, I can sell my furniture in discount price a well.
