Hi,
I am looking for an apartment for 1 to 2 people
(my roommate is lotterying for UCSF housing
so I might end up living by myself if she gets UCSF housing)
Here are our criteria:
Rent: $1300 max per person
Move-in: August 1st preferable, earlier/later dates negotiable
Rental period: at least a year
Transportation: public-transit accessible / walkable to Financial District &
UCSF
Environment: SAFE (currently not considering Mission near 24th St or
Tenderloin) & in the City
Other roommates: sure!
Here's a bit about ourselves:
Angela (me) and Stephanie are recent college graduates.
Angela is working in SF (Financial District) as an urban planner,
and Stephanie is getting her PhD in neuroscience in UCSF starting this fall.
We don't have pets, don't smoke, and don't really party at home.
Angela is Taiwanese (I actually grew up and went to high school in Taiwan),
and Stephanie is half-Taiwanese (half white FYI).
