We have a newly spacious remodeled one-bedroom, one-bath in-law unit in a
safe neighborhood in the Merced Heights District (Holloway and Byxbee) that
is ready to move in immediately. We are a young-working professional family
of 3 in our mid 30’s who work Monday – Friday in the financial district and
are looking for like-minded tenants. Unit is conveniently located to major
freeways (280/101/380, HWY 1), transportation (Muni and Bart), walking
distance to Stonestown shopping center and SFSU/CCSF.
Highlights:
‧ Rental Price: $1850/month + utilities (water/electricity/gas – roughly
$150). Double Occupancy will be $2250/month + half utilities.
- Basic cable/internet and garbage are included (Tenant will not pay).
- First and Last month’s rent + $1000 security deposit + recent credit
report.
‧ Approx 700 sq ft. / Bedroom is about 300 sq ft. Kitchenette and living
room are separate from bedroom and bathroom.
‧ Separate private entrance from the main house
‧ Newly re-modeled kitchenette, with granite countertop, hardwood floors,
new refrigerator and microwave. This unit does not come with a stove or oven
and we do not allow any type of hot-plate to be used.
‧ Washer and Dryer are located in the garage and accessible to tenants.
‧ Street parking is available but requires an annual parking pass, M-F from
8 am to 5 pm ($100 through DPT). No garage or drive-way parking.
‧ No smoking, drugs, pets, parties, loud-noise or over-night guests.
‧ This will be an initial 6-month lease which could be extended longer if
both parties are in agreement.
