1 furnished room sublet ---390/month (green lake) --- August
I am leaving Seattle in late July and looking for a female
to sublet my room in August.
The room is in a 3-bedroom apartment. Room is available from late July.
The room is furnished with queen-sized bed, dresser, and table.
The apartment is bright, quiet, and clean. We have big living room, TV,
and kitchen. It's located@ 88th st. NE and Stone Ave N, near I-5 exit,
Green lake, Northgate mall, also close to bus stops to UW and downtown Seattle.
I share the apartment with my 2 female friends. We are all working in UW.
They are clean and easy going. We are all from Taiwan.
I share a bathroom with one of the roommates. Pets are not allowed.
The rent is 390 USD/month. Utilities, wireless internet, and laundry
facilities are shared with other 2 roommates (less then 50 USD per month)
