[租屋] looking for 2 tenants, Shoreline

We are looking for two tenants starting now.
1. The house is around 15th avenue and NE 145th street in the Shoreline , WA.
2. The neighborhood is safe and quiet .
3. $550/Month for each. There is unfurnished bedroom with all utilities included except sharing 1/3 internet fee with two other tenants. It is $15 per month.
4. Convenient bus routes to UW, Shoreline Community college, and Seattle Downtown.
5. Within two blocks to the bank, there's a Chinese restaurant, and supermarket.
6. There is only one family friend, and his cute pomeranian dog lives downstairs.
7. All of our previous tenants were UW grads.
