[Sublease/徵室友]: female Where: a unit at 4235 Brooklyn Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105 When: From 2/1 - 8/31, 2014 Rent: $495/month (including water/sewage/garbage fee) Internet & electricity bill: split between you and a roommate Features: 1. 2 big bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen 1 big room for sublease, and you will share a bathroom with a roommate 2. basically no furniture included (only including 3 wooden cabinets, a mirror as shown in the rhs of the picture) 3. walking distance to UW (2 blocks away) 4. 5-10 min walks to Trader Joe's and Safeway. 1-5 min walks to bus routes: 30-32, 43, 44, 48, 49, 66, 67, 70-74, 271, 372, 542,... 5.
