West coast area, 3+2 unit, no owner
direct bus to NUS, Clementi stn
very close to west coast park , shang song super market, food court and west
coast plaza
one common room available, $800/m
utilities/internet/cable TV shared with other tenants (usually abt $50/m)
lady preferred, can cook, high floor, windy, clean n comfortable flat
no agent please, thanks.
