知英閱讀第17篇 Repulsive Force的一個句子
最後一段的第一句
While it is true that the contention something is driving the universe apart
has been faining credibility only since astrnomers began making the
measurements that first indicated the expansion of the universe was
speeding up, it should not be concluded from this that the concept is a
new one.
我的問題是
1.第一行的"it is true that..." ，是屬於強調句型"it is ... that" 嘛？
或者有其他的解釋？
2.請問該如何分解此句，才能夠正確的理解句意？
