上星期三(11/25) 我傳真了 rescoring request form 到 ETS TOEFL Services
結果過了一個星期還沒有收到任何確認信
從 view order 上也找不到 rescoring 的 order
從官網寫信給他們 兩次都收到一樣的回信
之前有板友有這樣的經驗嗎 ?
下面是 ETS 的回信:
Dear Yueh-Hsuan,
Regarding your inquiry:
Please note that your rescore request has not been processed to date.
All rescore requests (faxed or mailed) to the TOEFL program are
processed approximately three weeks after receipt at ETS and do not
appear on your file until processing has been completed.
Please allow sufficient processing and mailing time from the date you
sent your request and contact us again.
Because ETS receives thousands of requests on a daily basis, it is not
possible to locate a specific request prior to processing.
We appreciate the opportunity to assist you. If you have additional
questions, please contact TOEFL Customer Service at 1-877-863-3546
or 1-609-771-7100, or visit the Web site at www.toefl.org.
If you contact us via e-mail, please include all previous correspondence
or a summary of information regarding your inquiry.
