1. I have no idea about the restaurant,
we need to summarize everyone's opinion.
Of course, lower price will be popular. ( < $15)

3. If you are asking my personal suggestion,
I will say "Traditional Chinese food, Japanese, American"
: Both Mt. bonnell and Lake Travis are great to watch sunset, but Lake Travis
: is 20-30 min. drive from central Austin. You can goto Zilker Park and Congress
: Bridge in the afternoon (bats in the late afternoon), and then drive to Mt.
: Bonnell or Lake Travis for sunset.
Lake Travis and Bridge we can choose only one.
Since they all happen in the sunset.
