[問題] 在agoda訂曼谷的民宿卻收到回絕信
大家好
昨天在agoda刷卡訂了民宿 卻收到回絕信
這樣信用卡費用怎麼辦呢?
信件內容是這樣子:
Dear Sir,
We have received your booking for a superior room on the 23rd Feb. for 3
nights.
I regret to say that we do not not a superior room for all your days
requested.
Please sir, May I suggest you book another hotel and cancel this reservation.
We are very sorry we are unable to accommodated you this time.
Thank you for your interest in the MHC.
