請問綠卡抽籤的表格裡
提到的Number of Children
如果我幫父母填寫表格
但其中我已經超過二十一歲
那要算進去嗎?
它原文是這樣寫的
Children include all biological children,
legally adopted children,
and stepchildren who are unmarried and under the age of 21
on the date that you submit your entry.
我有些會意不過來是指超過二十一的繼子
或是只要超過二十一歲就算是親生也不能列入
(只有未滿21的未婚子女可算在內?)
