官方說法
If your OPT has been approved and you depart before you get a job,
your OPT ends and you cannot reenter unless you have a written job offer.
If you have a job, you may travel and reenter to resume work at the
same job or you have a written offer for another job.
敝校的說法：
要回美國請準備下列東西：
1) passport vaild at least 6 months into the future
2) valid F-1 Visa
3) New I-20 with OPT recommendation and travel signature less than
6 months old at the time of re-entry
4) EAD card
5) Job offer letter from your current employer.
