[北美] I-20開學日前30天入美國的限制
剛入手I-20
上面寫的開學日是8/26
Please be advised that the Department of Homeland Security requires that
students with a Form I-20 issued for “initial attendance” enter the U.S.
no more than 30 days in advance of the program start date.
限制"前"三十天才能入美國
那麼！
7/26算是...第30天還是第31天啊?
我跟朋友約好要坐7/26的飛機飛
到美國應該是7/26晚上八點多
這樣算不算違反規定呢？
好恐怖！好咬文嚼字喔...
還有 我08年辦過F1 回國前有停止I-20了
現在應該是要再申請一次F1對吧？
我記得離境半年就要重新申請了
那SEVIS還要再繳一次嗎
