[北美] 美國 H1-B

我目前是在 University 作 Post-doc 且有H1B 簽證.
目前我找到一個工作,將以 contractor 身份在美國聯邦政府機關
(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)上班.
但我的雇主是一家 For-profit 的大公司. 我的新公司告訴我, It’s no
problem to transfer my H1B from the university to this new company
because CDC is the non-profit organization where I will work with.
我想請問我的H1B 可以從學校轉到這家公司嗎?

我認為顧她的公司是 For-profit, 她應該要 For-profit H1B 簽證
跟她的公司說法不同
